This document outlines the rules for using voicebanks from the PolishVocaClub project. By downloading, installing, or using the Voicebank, you agree to the following terms.

   ☆General Provisions☆

·    Ownership: All rights to the voice recordings, configurations (oto.ini / DiffSinger data), and the official character design (Boxart/Concept Art) belong to the PVC Project.
·    Modifications: You are allowed to modify the configuration files for personal use to improve synthesis quality (e.g., editing oto.ini, breath parameters).

   ☆Non-Commercial Use☆

·    Personal Content Creation: You may freely use the Voicebank to create covers, original songs, and animations (PV/MV).
·    Publishing: You may publish songs on platforms such as YouTube, SoundCloud, NicoNico, etc.
·    Platform Monetization: Standard ad monetization (e.g., YouTube Partner Program) is allowed on videos using the Voicebank, provided that the rules in Section Credits are followed.

   ☆Commercial Use☆

·    Games and Apps Prohibition: The voice and character image cannot be featured in paid games, mods, applications, or films (e.g., theatrical releases, commercials).
·    Merchandise Sales Prohibition: Producing and selling physical or digital merchandise (gadgets, T-shirts, stickers, CD albums) featuring the character's image or name is strictly forbidden.

   ☆Credits☆

·    For every public use of the Voicebank, you must clearly state which voicebank was used.

☆Prohibited Content☆
It is strictly prohibited to use the voicebank and the character’s image to create content that is:

·    Political, religious, or hateful in nature.
·    Defamatory, offensive, or illegal.
·    NSFW / R-18: Permitted.
·    Used to train other AI/voice models without the author’s consent.

   ☆Limitation of Liability☆

·    The creator is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Voicebank.
·    The creator is not responsible for content created by end-users utilizing the Voicebank.

   ☆Contact and Changes to TOS☆

·    The creator reserves the right to change this TOS in the future.
